Act as primary the point of contact for new joiners to ensure a positive Employee Experience. Partner closely with our different teams to issue offer letters. Enter required data into HR systems to ensure and arrange systems access and a smooth transition. Workforce Administration (employee information and data management)
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support onboarding of new joiners and validation of employee data in HR information systems. Responsible for the administration of employee data attributes in HR systems. Ensure systems (PeopleSoft, SPEAR, etc.) are aligned and/or reconciled. Support operational tasks for leavers.
