Job Description
Carefor is on the lookout for a Human Resources Administrator for a full-time, temporary position spanning six months. Engage with clients and enhance HR processes in a hybrid work model.
As part of the HR team, you will report to the HR Operations Manager. Your primary tasks will involve administrative support, managing inquiries, and safeguarding confidential HR information. You’ll contribute to the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and inform clients to provide excellent service
• Manage emails and phone calls effectively
• Draft and oversee administrative documentation
• Organize and maintain employee filing systems
• Generate monthly reports for compliance audits
