Hub RPM Lead
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and validating all RPM Investment Models to define CAPEX required as part of Annual Plan and Strategic Plan cycles.
- Design & manage Hub RPM Governance, as well as driving RPM Maturity & Capability in all Hub OpCos, in close collaboration with Global Planning.
- Drive improvement of main RPM KPIs: Circulation Time, Market Loss and Site Loss, through close collaboration with OpCo functions by tracking performance, propose improvement action plans and following up on them.
- Active participation in Hub OpCos Annual and Strategic Planning cycles to estimate the amount of CAPEX required to fulfill Demand Plan, in close alignment with OpCos MTs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning areas.
- Excellent written and conversational English.
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data.
