HSE Advisor

The HSE Advisor will support multiple construction projects throughout London and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their career in construction health and safety while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Our successful candidate will work closely with site supervision, field staff, subcontractors, and management to help promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits of work activities, equipment, and jobsite conditions
• Identify unsafe conditions, safety concerns, near misses, and incidents, and assist with corrective actions
• Work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors to ensure company safety expectations and procedures are followed
