Job Description

Based in Richmond, BC, our client is an established retailer that has been in business for the past 10 years. They are currently looking to add aΒ HRIS Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience.
About the Position
  • Act as the primary owner of UKG platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Learning, and People Analytics, as well as the Workforce Management system. (WFM)
  • Establish and maintain the HRIS roadmap and system strategy.
  • Oversee configuration and ongoing maintenance of WFM functions, including time tracking, scheduling, attendance, and labour management.
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate flow of data from WFM into payroll systems, including validation of earnings codes, pay rules, and system mappings.
