As HRBP Manager for the Apodaca Manufacturing site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing direct HR leadership for the Apodaca, Actual Léon (MX) manufacturing site.
- Collaborating with manufacturing and distribution center leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives.
- Influencing and guiding plant leadership team and site employees in various aspects such as short- and long-range planning and conflict resolution.
- Guiding the facilitation of performance management through counseling and coaching others on the processes.
- Driving site engagement and inclusion priorities.
