HRBP Director – Toronto, Ontario
Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will be part of a driven and passionate Global People team who are striving to make a difference in the organization. This role will specifically support our Engineering and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product, aligning talent priorities with business goals to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth
- Partner with globally distributed senior leaders (VP/C‑suite) to shape org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while also supporting them through people decisions and trade‑offs
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels, strengthening leadership capability, decision‑making, and team effectiveness
