Job Description
The HRBP provides support to Amazon Logistics Mexico team by partnering with senior stakeholders on the site-related business. This role manages DMX2 projects independently, serving as a strategic partner to leadership in driving business results through effective people strategies.

The HRBP applies understanding of Leadership Principles and values when consulting with employees and managers on matters such as performance improvement, coaching plans, team meetings, employee development and promotions.
