HR Trainer Lead

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is now looking for a HR Lead Trainer. As a HR Lead Trainer , you will be responsible for conceptualizing the short- and long-term objectives of all training projects and action plans, as well as assuring demonstrable outcomes. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for all training activities, from idea to implementation, and will offer high-quality material that fosters an immersive learning environment. The job must oversee all cross-functional projects and action plans, as well as the continuation of training and coaching efforts with quarterly quantifiable results.
