Great Canadian Entertainment invites applications for a fixed-term HR Systems & Projects Specialist role focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. Be integral in developing and managing CONNECT Learning until August 2027.
In this position, you will be responsible for the administration and technical support of CONNECT Learning alongside other HR modules. Your role involves user training, technical troubleshooting, and documenting system configurations to ensure effective learning management processes. A proactive approach will be key to addressing system needs and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain CONNECT Learning functionalities
• Conduct needs analysis for system enhancements
• Facilitate user education on the learning platform
