Job Description
BC Housing is hiring an HR Systems Analyst in Burnaby, B.C. for a short-term, full-time position lasting approximately 18 months. This role emphasizes maximizing usage of the PeopleSoft Talent Management System and assisting users effectively.
As an HR Systems Analyst, you will report to the Manager of HR Digital Solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing support for existing HR applications, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering training for effective utilization. You will also conduct feasibility analyses on HR applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
