We are seeking an HR Specialist !
**
**Tasks and Activities**:
1.Oversee Background Check Process,
2.SERV Safe Training, and Unemployment Claims in collaboration with HR Director.
3.Data Audits and Reconciliations Weekly
4.Conduct bi-weekly and monthly audits of HR/Payroll data in HRIS/Payroll software.
5.Perform payroll benefit deduction audits, Benefit invoice reconciliations, and other-directed audits with the HR Director.
6.Maintain data integrity in Payroll/HRIS software.
7.Handle promotions, demotions, new hires, and LOA's in coordination with the HR Director.
8.Generate ad Hoc reports of HR inquiries.
**What do you need?
**
**Bachelor's**in administration, psichology, HR or related Fields.
