To coordinate strategies regarding the employee compensation and benefits system within the plant in a way that contributes to the achievement of departmental and corporate objectives, as well as labor satisfaction Coordinate the processes of development as well as the diagnosis, improvement and change of the climate and organizational culture, within the procedures and instructions defined by Continental for the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
- Use various methods and techniques and recommended data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- Execute the fix and variable compensation, special payments, bonus and salary movements.
