This role is key to elevating our HR and People Development programs by analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting workforce and job data to generate insights that support strategic business results.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis, including base salaries and incentives, to evaluate external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Participate in salary surveys, interpret market data, and provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to HR leaders and the business.
• Conduct job evaluations by reviewing and analyzing job duties, scope, responsibility, and complexity to determine appropriate classification, grade, and internal equity for new and existing roles.
• Maintain and support consistent application of job evaluation and compensation practices across functions.
