• Provide centralized HR administration and support for global programs such as Rewards, Talent Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Collaborate across HR teams to establish standards, ensure accuracy in transactions, and drive efficiency in human resource processes.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement, system optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
• Define requirements and implement automation or self-service systems to improve efficiency and streamline HR workflows.
