POSITION OBJECTIVEPosition responsible for planning, organizing, managing and controlling all HR Global Services activities for Mexico Operations.Responsible for cascade Global strategies in MX related to global services, making sure that the deployment is the correct one.Act as the voice of Mexico region to influence the Global Services strategies.Is responsible to create, update and maintain Strategies aligned to the requirements and priorities that the organization defines in the timeline.Will support, develop and guide the HR Global Operations MX team, providing feedback, training and experiences inside their role or news, for their own growth.
