Job Overview

Current work authorization for Canada is required. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. The incumbent will review and process documents in both French and English. Advanced communication skills in both languages are required.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The HR Services Associate Bilingual is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support services for the HR Services team. Interacts with all levels of the organization as well as external clients/contacts and supports the day‑to‑day operations of the HR Services.

• Responsible for purchase order creation and arranging invoice payment for the Human Resources department. Purchase Orders are created and adhere to corporate guidelines.
