HR Service Partners - based in Luxembourg

This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB, the European Union's bank, is recruiting for its Human Resources Directorate – HR Business Partnering Division (HRBP) – HR Service Partner Unit (HRSP) at its Luxembourg headquarters, for the role of HR Service Partner.

Terms of Contract

• Senior/Principal Operational Assistant benchmark role.
• Full‑time temporary positions at grade 2/3.
• Contract duration: until 31/12/2027 for the first position, until 31/12/2028 for the second position.
• Panel interviews anticipated for July/August 2026.
