Upfluence is looking for a highly motivated People & Operations Coordinator to join our remote team based in Mexico City. • Implement recruitment strategies that attract and engage top‑tier professionals.
• Own the full recruitment cycle: talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders to define staffing needs and craft compelling, accurate job descriptions.
• Create and publish job listings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
