3+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll operations, or enterprise applications Robust attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) or willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Interest in HR technology, payroll processes, and system-driven environments Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Systems, or a related field Nice to haves
