About the Position

We are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join the Electronics Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

As the HR Operations & Payroll Specialist at Marelli, you will support and elevate our workforce by ensuring accurate pre‑payroll processing and impeccable HR operations. You will validate employee records, manage attendance and related data, and collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to guarantee timely and compliant payroll execution. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and proactive mindset will drive operational excellence and enrich the employee experience in our electronics plant.
