Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Human Resource Officer based in Somwerset West. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support and coordinate a broad range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements while providing efficient day-to-day HR operational support. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist with employee engagement initiatives. Support learning and development activities.
