Position Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring a strong understanding of employment law, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to support a diverse workforce in a high‑performance legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership & Strategy
- Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with firm goals and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Support a consistent and positive employee experience across all offices.
