Their diverse portfolio spans premium F&B, Beauty, Wellness, Art, and Retail concepts. As they launch their strategic expansion into the Indonesian market, they are seeking an exceptional HR professional to build, lead, and shape their local organizational foundation.
We are seeking an independent, strategic, and highly hands-on HR Manager to lead the setup and end-to-end management of HR operations in Indonesia. Acting as the strategic partner to the overseas HQ, you will have total ownership over building the HR framework from scratch. This role requires a unique combination of compliance expertise (Indonesian Manpower Law) and recruitment strategy to support the scaling of multi-outlet F&B and lifestyle operations.
