The Human Resource Manager develops plans and coordinates the policies for a variety of HR matters including compensation, benefits, performance, talent, training and compliance. Ensures the legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

The candidate will report hierarchically to the CEO of the Company and functionally to Global HR Manager of the Business Area.
