This role exists to ensure operational excellence in people and labor relations, enabling a high-performing, engaged, and compliant factory workforce. You will partner closely with site leadership to drive talent strategy, strengthen employee relations, and support a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead talent processes for the factory population, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development planning, and succession planning.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Factory and leadership team on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
+ Partner with site leadership to identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and training initiatives for both hourly and salaried populations.
