We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a vibrant primary academy in Slough on a maternity cover basis. This is an ideal role for an HR professional looking to apply their skills in a welcoming, community-focused school environment.
About the Role
Start Date: Immediate.
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week), maternity cover (1 year).
Support the Headteacher with staff relations, absence management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain the school’s SCR and ensure all safeguarding requirements are meticulously met.
