Job Description
- Own the Human Resources strategy and operations for Mexico-based teams.
- Serve as a strategic business partner on labour and people-related matters.
- Oversee end-to-end talent processes, including hiring and employee separations.
- Manage employee relations, labour compliance, and workplace issues.
- Own union relations and collective bargaining activities.
- Supervise compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Advanced / fluent level of English (written and spoken).
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
- Recent experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
