Oversee human resources functions as an HR Manager at Corner Brook Pulp & Paper Limited. Emphasize employee safety and strengthen organizational culture through effective HR management.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will champion health and safety initiatives, promote employee relations, and lead recruitment efforts. This role emphasizes executing administration of collective agreements and managing direct reports effectively. You will also develop training programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Champion Zero Harm vision and safety practices
• Foster positive employee relations throughout the organization
• Lead recruitment and employee development initiatives
• Manage collective agreements and labor relations
• Oversee HR budget creation and compliance with KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Over 10 years of relevant HR experience
• Holds a CHRP certification
