-Compensation and Benefits****Location: Chihuahua**Company located in Chihuahua, Chih.area is searching **HR Manager - Compensation and Benefits,** responsible for providing expertise and execution of Compensation and Benefits strategies, in addition to Labor employees relations, Time and attendance management, Headcount management, organizational and salary structure.Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of company's human resources departments, provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, and employee labor relations.Provide guidance and direction for legal and risk compliance while improving and maintaining operational goals.
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- BA / BS degree or equivalent, MA / MS / MBA degree preferred.
- Bilingual English - Spanish- 7+ years of HR management experience, within manufacturing environment.
