To support the Human Resources team in administrative and operational activities, contributing to the efficient execution of HR processes such as payments, employee records management, onboarding, and internal communications, while gaining practical experience and knowledge in HR practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
- Opening the position in myHR and filling the vacancy information in Smart Recruiters
- Sending and tracking the Background Check
HIRING
- Completion of hiring information in Click Boarding
- Sending the necessary information to the CIEE for the preparation of the internship contract
- Sending the welcome email to the candidate with all the hiring guidelines and illustrative material about our benefits
- Follow-up to receive the documents and information necessary for registration of hiring
