Join Toronto Zoo as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. This is an 18-month contract role working 35 hours weekly.
As an HR Generalist, you'll support daily operations and provide guidance on HR policies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and CUPE representatives is critical to achieving a positive workplace culture. You'll manage recruitment activities and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
