HR Generalist – ForviaThe (Site) HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs, acting as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees.Responsibilities- Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter- Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process- Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics- Execute local and global HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events and change projects- Coordinate external HR service providers- Oversee and supervise onboarding, training and employee development processes- Prepare reports and analyses- Coordinate and conduct employee evaluation and bonus process- Participate in audits and controls regarding managed areas- Maintain close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicableProfile and CompetenciesMinimum Education- BA/BSc in HR, business administration or related- MA/MSc in HR, b...
