Job Description

Become an HR Generalist with Bayshore Healthcare, specializing in recruitment and employee support. This hands-on role emphasizes health initiatives and compliance with HR practices.
Under the supervision of the Area Director or Human Resources Manager, you will drive key HR functions, such as recruitment and orientation, while managing Workers Compensation claims. You will also support managers with disciplinary actions and ensure that HR files are well-maintained. Your commitment to staying informed on employment standards will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and select qualified candidates
• Conduct and organize orientation programs
• Process and manage Workers Compensation claims
• Participate in Health and Safety programs
• Assist in employee counseling and discipline
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in human resources required
• At least 4 years of HR experience in a relevant field
• Strong asset: CHRP/CHRL designation
