HR Generalist (Compensation Focus)

Location : Tijuana (on-site) | Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to lead our Compensation & Benefits operations. This role is responsible for the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, offboarding, and reporting—while specifically managing our benefits portfolio (Meal Vouchers and Pension Plans) to ensure competitive and compliant administration. Key Responsibilities Quantitative Benefits Administration: Manage the financial administration and optimization of core compensation-linked benefits, specifically Pension Plans and Meal Vouchers. Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all compensation data and benefit enrollments are correctly updated during employee transitions.
