Job Description
Process employee hires, terminations, and changes in the GPS system.
- Prepare and maintain employee personnel files.
- Develop and update HR metrics and reports.
- Administer the Major Medical Insurance program (employee enrollments, terminations, issue resolution, and support).
- Request and follow up on final payments with Payroll and Accounting.
- Perform daily floor walks to support employees and maintain HR visibility in operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support across HR processes.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (completed).
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, metrics, formulas, charts).
Personal Profile:
- Strong customer service orientation; approachable and people-focused.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
