  The Role 
 Reporting to the Global Process and Data Owner, this role is responsible for system & data administration for our SuccessFactors/HR processes of Talent, Career Development & Succession Planning. You may also possess additional skills in administering the Compensation Management & Variable Pay & Performance & Goals modules (but these are not critical requirements). As our global data set comes from multiple sources, you need to extract data from multiple sources and combine into a global data set to execute our global processes.
 Supports the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics and reporting - Subject matter expert (SME) for HR analytics & reporting - creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
 Interacts with all customers of HR data to determine their needs, define the best approach to meet those needs and implement the solution
