This role involves overseeing HR administration for a workforce of about 40 employees while reporting to the CFO. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Ontario’s employment laws. • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Support structured recruitment processes and job postings

Requirements:
