Job Description
Lead HR controls governance as an accomplished Governance Consultant. Focus on risk management and process improvement in a hybrid role with required onsite attendance 1-3 days a week.
In this position, you'll manage governance and controls activities within Human Resources. Your expertise will aid in developing and maintaining process documentation while ensuring compliance with audit standards. Collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to optimize governance practices and drive outcomes efficiently.
