HR Business Partner

Overview

We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. In this role, you will be the main HR partner for our manufacturing plant, working closely with local leadership while also directly supporting employees at all levels — from the shop floor to senior management. Here, you don't just define strategies: you also put them into practice. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solves day-to-day problems, and can naturally navigate between strategic conversations and operational demands.
