HR Business Partner
Job Description
Strategic HR Business Partner (Manager/ Sr Manager) supporting leaders and teams across different business areas, with a focus on Rewards, Organizational Development, Succession, and Performance. Responsible for aligning business priorities with people initiatives, driving structured analysis, and delivering solutions that strengthen culture, engagement, and long-term results.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to leaders on organizational structure, talent management, and succession planning;
- Support compensation processes, performance cycles, and implementation of people KPIs;
- Lead talent mapping and succession initiatives;
- Design and execute individual and organizational development plans;
- Drive engagement, organizational climate, and internal communication actions;
- Provide strategic insights through people analytics (turnover, headcount, diversity, absenteeism, etc.).
