Job Description
Contribute to workplace wellbeing as a People & Culture Business Partner in this full-time role. Collaborate with leaders to foster an engaging employee experience through strategic HR initiatives.
In this position, report to the Director of People Experience while supporting teams with labor relations and recruitment efforts. Your role will include leading workplace investigations and managing attendance support to cultivate an effective workplace culture that prioritizes care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor leaders on employee engagement and labor relations
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding strategies
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations with integrity
• Support attendance management initiatives and wellbeing programs
