Salary - $65,000 – $75,000 + Benefits

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from job postings to onboarding
• Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and build strong teams
• Develop competitive compensation strategies

Employee Relations & Performance

• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development
• Support performance reviews, attendance management, and improvement plans
