Role:
Be the single point of contact for all HR topics coming from employees, management and external partners Drive the alignment of HR agenda with business needs and strategy Support management on all aspects of people management Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies Monitor KPIs and build reports and presentations to suggest optimizations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changesRequirements:
