Hr business manager

Role:

Be the single point of contact for all HR topics coming from employees, management and external partners Drive the alignment of HR agenda with business needs and strategy Support management on all aspects of people management Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies Monitor KPIs and build reports and presentations to suggest optimizations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes

Requirements:

C1 level of English proficiency MS Office proficiency IT affinity Proven track record in full scope of HR activities within a fast-paced working environment B2 level of Spanish proficiency At least 3 years of relevant experience. Kindly submit an English version of your resume/CV
