Overview:

• Collabera is hiring an HR Business Advisor (HRBA) to backfill a maternity leave on the HR Outsourcing team. This role supports a portfolio of clients across Canada, acting as a trusted advisor on day-to-day HR matters including compliance, employee relations, accommodations, and policy guidance.
• The HRBA operates in a highly client-facing, fast-paced environment, helping organisations navigate real-time HR challenges while ensuring compliance with Canadian employment legislation. This is a consultative role requiring strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to interpret and communicate legislative requirements confidently.
