Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources professional to support our new plant in Chihuahua City and collaborate with business leaders across the manufacturing facility. The role involves managing day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, training, compensation, compliance, and HR projects across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle, coordinate orientation, documentation, and training.
• Employee relations: serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote engagement and a positive culture.
• Performance and development: support performance management systems, goal setting, coaching, and training and career development programs.
