Lead with purpose as an HR Operations Specialist focusing on contractor management and employee support at G Adventures. This is a unique opportunity to blend corporate HR functions with adventure.
In this role, you will manage crucial aspects of HR for both G Adventures employees and independent contractors, known as Chief Experience Officers (CEOs). You’ll ensure operational excellence by maintaining HRIS systems, administering background checks, and supporting managers with recruitment strategies. Your contributions will streamline operations and enhance team performance.
