Job Description

• Acting on all HR subsystems aligned with practices and policies of the company;
• Supporting all action plans in order to achieve improvements within the department;
• Recruitment: Preparation of job descriptions with the support of the department managers when necessary; conducting interviews in English and Portuguese; maintaining direct contact with recruitment agencies for local and international vacancies; advertise vacancies on JobTrain, tracking approvals and closing dates;
• Benefits: Responsible for the international health insurance, managing inclusion and exclusion of employees in the broker portal; checking invoices for health and dental plan, support employees with inquires about the insurance;
• International criminal records: Managing records in the HireRight systems, analysing if applications are submitted correctly according to employees past residences in the last 10 years;
