Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Human Resources, the HR Advisor, Systems & Labour Relations will coordinate Human Resources (HR) projects and manage labour relations work. The incumbent will support the College and leadership to implement, maintain and improve HR systems and promote a positive labour relations climate, meeting the organization’s strategic and operational needs. The role involves routine and complex tasks that require independent work, prioritization and efficient time management.
NATURE & SCOPE
- This position involves both the coordination and completion of long‑term human resources systems projects and the daily ongoing work of labour relations with employee groups.
