HR Administrator

Restaurant Vision :

Role Vision :

To serve as the leader of HR and Administrative services to the team. This position will also work with the Owner/Operator to uphold the culture and ensure all back-office systems are completed and maintained as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Support the Owner/Operator with the full employee lifecycle, including attracting, recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and off-boarding team members.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records to ensure all legislative and company employment requirements are met.
  • Health & Safety: Prepare and manage team member incident reports and ensure alignment with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
